"I tried the neural capture workflow with..."
I tried the neural capture workflow with my little amp setup, and honestly... it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. The steps were clear enough, and I didn’t feel like I was digging through a bunch of confusing menus.
The capture ended up sounding really close to my actual tone, which surprised me in a good way. I did have to redo one pass because my levels were a bit off, but that was totally my mistake.
Overall, I’m really happy with neuraldsp.com. It feels like it was made for guitar players first, not just engineers, and I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

"Really good amp options"
Neural DSP, has a solid bunch of amp models. For clean tones, heavy riffs, and lead sounds, I can find what I need without searching around forever. Some of the presets I do have to tweak a bit, but the amps feel good to play and they sound real to me.

"MIDI control was way more flexible than I thought"
I’ve been using Neural DSP live, and the MIDI control is better than I expected. Switching presets, turning pedals on and off, mapping expression controls, it’s all straightforward once you spend a little time setting it up. After saving everything, it just works, which is more than I can say for some other setups that seem to make MIDI harder than it needs to be. Overall, I’m really happy with it...

"Cab and IR options ended up being the big surprise"
I originally picked up Neural DSP mostly for the amp tones, but the cab section kind of caught me off guard. Moving the mics around is really easy, and the stock cabs already sound solid without having to tweak forever. Maybe they put extra work into that part because it feels a lot more polished than I expected.
I also like being able to load my own IRs since it makes it simple to match sounds I already use in other sessions. There wasn’t any weird setup or confusing routing, it just worked right away for recording at home. Feels like they probably designed it with home players in mind, at least that’s the vibe I get.

"I ended up buying the wrong plugin, which..."
I ended up buying the wrong plugin, which was my mistake, so I had to ask for a refund. They did stick to their policy and got it handled in the end. It took a few messages back and forth, kind of more than I expected, but there wasn’t any big problem or anything

"Great Sound, Just a Bit Pricey"
I’ve been using these plugins for a little while they sound really good and are easy to get around. My only issue is the price feels a bit high for what you get. When they’re on sale, it’s a lot easier to justify, but at full price I’d have to think about it. I do like them overall, I just wish the value felt a little better compared to some other options out there.

"Honestly, the demo trial feels too limited"
The trial rules made it kind of annoying to properly test things out. I get having limits, but this felt a bit too restrictive to really see if it would work for me.

"Smooth and fast so far"
I was a little worried it might lag or slow down, but it’s been really fast so far. Everything runs smoothly, and I haven’t noticed any delays, which is reassuring...

"Up and running fast"
I’m not usually the most patient with setting stuff up, and I was kind of rushing because I had other things to do, but I still had it running in just a few minutes. Super easy to get going...

"Flexible routing that actually makes a difference"
I’ve really enjoyed how simple it is to move things around in the signal chain. Being able to put pedals and amps in whatever order fits the sound I’m chasing, without getting buried in menus, makes the whole thing feel way less frustrating.

It also makes experimenting with weird setups quick, which I appreciate. I’ve saved a few different chains for different guitars, and they just work when I need them. It might sound like a small feature, but for me it’s made practicing more fun, and I’d call it one of the best parts of using it

"Good plugin, but the presets need some work"
I picked this plugin up mostly for the presets, so that was the first thing I spent time with. In actual use, they’re a bit hit or miss for me. Some of the clean and lead tones sounded great right away and were easy to drop into a session. But quite a few presets felt too bright or needed some tweaking before they would sit properly in a mix. It’s definitely not a bad plugin, and there are some really usable sounds in here, but for the price I was expecting more presets that felt ready to go out of the box...

"I bought a plugin from Neural..."
I bought a plugin from Neural DSP and the checkout was easy. The payment went through quickly, and the email showed up right away. I did have to, well, I had to double-check a couple of steps because the page felt a little slow on my end. Nothing major though, overall it was a good experience.

"Works fine with all my gear"
I've been using Neural DSP on my MacBook and gave it a try on my Windows PC too, and I can't say I've had no problems so far. It runs smoothly in Logic and Reaper for me, and my interface picked it up without any hassle. I'm happy with it since I don't really have to mess around much to get everything working.

"I wanted to like this more..."
I wanted to like this more, but the touchscreen feels clunky in everyday use. The control layout makes quick adjustments more annoying than they should be, and I kept wondering if I’d been fooled by how nice it looked in the pictures. It’s not terrible by any means, just frustrating enough that it took away from the experience...

"The plugins sound really good, so…"
The plugins sound really good, so I was excited at first. But then the licensing part kind of threw me off. I had to log in a few times, and the activation didn’t show up right away, so I was like, wait… did this even work? After restarting everything it finally kicked in, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Just a bit more hassle than I expected, especially for paid software.

"Clean site, but a bit disappointing"
I’ll give them credit, the site looks really clean and it’s easy to find your way around. The product pages are laid out clearly, and the dark design definitely fits the guitar vibe. I just came away a little disappointed because everything looked great, but the overall experience didn’t really go beyond that.

"Quick support and an easy fix"
Had a small issue and reached out to support. They got back to me quickly and had it fixed the same day, which was a nice surprise. I’m guessing they’ve got a solid team behind the scenes because the whole thing felt smooth. Really happy with the experience overall.

"Pretty good effects, but I want more"
I’ve been liking the models overall, they’re good, really good for what they do. I just wish there were more weird effects to play around with, like more strange stuff, more fun options, that kind of thing.

"I’ve been using a few Neural…"
I’ve been using a few Neural DSP plugins for months now, they’ve just been dependable. I’m usually rushing through sessions or leaving projects open way longer than I should, and they haven’t given me random crashes, weird license problems, or latency headaches. Updates have been smooth too. For audio software, that kind of stability is pretty much what I care about most.

"I had an issue with my unit..."
I had an issue with my unit and reached out to Neural DSP about the warranty. They got back to me quickly, though I can’t remember if it was the next day or a couple days later. Either way, they explained what I needed to do and the whole repair process was painless. I got it back working fine, maybe sooner than I expected, or maybe I just wasn’t keeping track very well. Really happy with how they handled everything
